Breaking the law in the service of animals
In 2024 the Swedish animal rights group Everyone wants to live started their journey by walking into a slaughterhouse freeing four hens and filming the masskilling of hens. During the rest of the year and 2025 they continued by filming the inside of pig factories, freeing hens from an egg factory and blockading several slaughterhouses. Sometimes they left letters to the farmers and chocolate to the farmers and called the police to tell them about their actions. Hear about the direct actions from this Swedish group and why they choose civil disobedience as their method.
