The site is located in Vesterbro, one of Copenhagen's nicest neighborhoods. It is a great place to enjoy a relaxed evening out and the lakes can be reached within a short walk.

The location for the conference in 2025 will be announced soon.

  • The conference ticket includes all meals for the weekend. For Saturday and Sunday, we provide you with breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks for both days. The details of the menu will be shared shortly before the event. You will have the opportunity to inform us about any food allergies or dietary restrictions during the ticket purchasing process. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us via our email address calcopenhagen@gmail.com. We want to make sure that everybody is included and can enjoy the delicious food served throughout the conference. Of course, all provided food and drinks will be vegan. We will also make sure that the restrooms are provided with vegan soap.

  • The venue (Ungdommens Demokratrihus) is situated on the ground floor, with both the outside area and interior floor at the same level. A wheelchair accessible toilet is located in the entrance hall, and parking is available a few meters from the main entrance.

We offer access to FFP2 or K/N95 masks for anyone who wants to use them. Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the venue and air purifiers will be available to ensure better air quality.

Throughout the conference there will be an awareness team that you can turn to if you experience uncomfortable situations, need someone to talk to, or have concerns about attendee safety.

There will also be a dedicated quiet room where you can withdraw from social interactions if you need a break.

Our venue features adjustable lighting to accommodate individuals with white light sensitivities, and the quiet room will be dimly lit. If the light settings are uncomfortable for you, please reach out to our volunteers, who are ready to assist and ensure your comfort.

The conference will be in English. If you require assistance with understanding English, you can speak to a volunteer, and we will do our best to arrange for someone to help with translation.
